First training

For your first training you do not need equipment — just willingness and readiness to sweat a little. Later you will need wraps, 12 oz gloves and preferably a mouthguard.

Questions before coming

It is normal to feel nervous.

Short version: you do not need to be ready, you do not need equipment and you do not need to come with someone.

Do I need to be fit before my first session?+

No. Training can be adjusted, and fitness improves by showing up. Sports clothes and willingness to try are enough.

Do I need equipment?+

For your first training you do not need equipment — just willingness and readiness to sweat a little. Later you will need hand wraps, 12 oz gloves and preferably a mouthguard.

Is training safe?+

Training is structured and gradual. Beginners start with basics, movement, technique and controlled drills.

Can I come alone?+

Yes. Most people come alone the first time. The team is normal and we will help you settle in.
